I am with you always until the end of this world - Jesus (Matthew 28:20).

Preach the Word in season and out of season reproving, rebuking or advising always with patience and providing instructions (2 Timothy 4:2).

Do not fear, Mary, for God has looked kindly on you (Luke 1:30).

Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. - G. K. Chesterton

My Gospel Reflections for June 1, Friday Mark 11:11-26

My Reflections:
Isn’t it frightening how Jesus condemned the barren fig tree? Could this condemnation happen to us also? There is this remote possibility that Jesus would condemn us also. But why should we wait for that condemnation to come to us. Because Jesus gives us also all the time in this world to reform our lives and be fruit bearing Christians.

While we have time let us reform our lives, let us completely turn our backs from our sinfulness. Let us also bear fruit by doing something to advance the teachings of Jesus in this world. Not necessarily by preaching or writing about Jesus because not everyone of us has  the gift of writing and preaching.

Perhaps we can just live to the hilt the teachings of Jesus and that will be more than enough reason for Him not to condemn us.
