My Reflections for December 23 Friday Luke 1:57-66


My Reflections:
What is the reward for our faithfulness to the Sacrament of Marriage? It’s God’s blessings, peace of mind, worthy children and there are many more.

In our gospel through their fidelity and love for each other Elizabeth and Zechariah were blessed by God with a child. The child was named John in fulfillment of the desire of God coursed through the angel Gabriel.

There is always a reward for those who are faithful to the Sacrament of Marriage. It may not be a worldly reward such as temporal riches. Anyway, who needs temporal riches and success if it can fly away from our grasp anytime!   

What are the rewards for faithful couples? There are multitudes of them such as successful and loving children, peace and tranquility in the family just to name a few. …
