I am with you always until the end of this world - Jesus (Matthew 28:20).

Preach the Word in season and out of season reproving, rebuking or advising always with patience and providing instructions (2 Timothy 4:2).

Do not fear, Mary, for God has looked kindly on you (Luke 1:30).

Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. - G. K. Chesterton

My Gospel Reflections for Saturday October 15: Luke 12:8-12

My Reflections:
Are we proud with our relationship with Jesus? Do we own it like a badge of honor? Of course we will all answer in the affirmative.

But what is happening in reality? The sad truth is our profession of love for Jesus is pure lip service. When we are faced with temptation we oftentimes give-up Jesus in favor of the fleeting temptation.  When we are put on the spot to make a stand for Jesus we betray Him easily just like how Judas betrayed Jesus.

If we say that we love Jesus we must be proud of it and we must live it, we must not betray Jesus for the things of this world.

What will it do us if we acquire all the things and cravings of this temporary world but in the process we lose our relationship with Jesus?

Nothing except misery and problems!
