I am with you always until the end of this world - Jesus (Matthew 28:20).

Preach the Word in season and out of season reproving, rebuking or advising always with patience and providing instructions (2 Timothy 4:2).

Do not fear, Mary, for God has looked kindly on you (Luke 1:30).

Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. - G. K. Chesterton

My Gospel Reflections for April 2 Good Friday: John 18:1-19:42

My Reflections:
Betrayal by Judas, denial by Peter undeserved punishment and eventual death on the cross Jesus endured all of these for His love for us. He had that option not to go through suffering but He went through it for His great love for us.

What have we done to pay forward this great love of Jesus? As Jesus sacrificially loved us freely it is also incumbent upon us to endure the sacrifices that we go through for our love for our relatives, friends and especially to the poor.

It is very easy to extend our love if there’s an assurance that we shall be getting a reciprocal love in return. That’s us we give our help and we except to receive our due but Jesus is not like us His infinite love is way out of the standards this world.

We must strive to be like Jesus; we must strive to help without expecting anything in return—we must move forward to advance the love of Jesus even if we are betrayed and denied by our family and friends. …
